Request for

(draw in a similar style than XcomickittyX, but he's only easy to draw this way...and I never drew a parrot before, so it's such a fail)

She asked me if I can draw a parrot annoying Jeff the Killer!

And I had this idea...

Jeff went to bed and said "Go to sleep" to his new pet, but he forgot how annoying parrots can be...

I hope it's not too bad...

It was not that difficult to draw, and I did it in less than 5 minutes, but I may fail'd...
